Performing and Non-Performing Loan/Asset Inspections

We specialize in covert or overt site inspections that seek to determine the health of the asset and how it is overcoming it's weaknesses, mitigating its threats, marketing it's competitive advantages, and seeking identified opportunities.

Our goal for these inspections is to seek out those operational processes which may need implementation, adjustment, or cancellation. We can meet with the property management company and/or leasing agent to review marketing plans/strategies for new tenants as well as resident retention for existing tenants, with a focus on renewals. As part of the marketing plan for the property, we'll review the proeprty's signage, marketing collateral material, demographics, etc in order to ascertain how the property is being positioned. Other factors reviewed may include maintenance, personnel, and general submarket/market trends.
