A sample of the services offered for this job scope include: RED|Advisors' experienced staff will, create and maintain a working party list with timelines, costs, all pertinent transaction information; engage review and comment on all third party reports, including title, survey, environmental, structural and appraisal; abstract all commercial property leases and vendor contracts; investigate the assets current condition and status with the necessary city departments, the taxing authority, market reports and statistics, RFP's for rehab bids and deferred maintenance.
